2025 HOLIDAY POP-UP Application
Event Details:
When: December 13+14 from 11am-5pm both days. Set up will be Friday evening & Saturday morning.
Where: Bell Elementary School, North Center Neighborhood of Chicago, 3730 N. Oakley Ave. Free parking lot just outside!
Cost: Jury fee is $25.
Participants: Just over 40 women artists + 3-5 food vendors
Please read all Rules and Policies here before applying. Open to all female-identifying artists 18 years of age and older. (JEWELRY IS FULL)
Deadline to apply is Thursday, July 31st
Jury Notification on August 18th
If accepted, booth fee is due by September 2nd. Booth fee is $375 for a regular 8’ wide 6’ deep space, $425 for a corner spot (limited availability), $325 for food artisan space (only 5 available)
