2025 HOLIDAY POP-UP Application

Event Details:

  • When: December 13+14 from 11am-5pm both days. Set up will be Friday evening & Saturday morning.

  • Where: Bell Elementary School, North Center Neighborhood of Chicago, 3730 N. Oakley Ave. Free parking lot just outside!

  • Cost: Jury fee is $25.

  • Participants: Just over 40 women artists + 3-5 food vendors

  • Please read all Rules and Policies here before applying. Open to all female-identifying artists 18 years of age and older. (JEWELRY IS FULL)

  • Deadline to apply is Thursday, July 31st

  • Jury Notification on August 18th

  • If accepted, booth fee is due by September 2nd. Booth fee is $375 for a regular 8’ wide 6’ deep space, $425 for a corner spot (limited availability), $325 for food artisan space (only 5 available)
